The location is very well connected. Junction 1 of the M53 is just 2 miles away, so the cities of the north west are within easy reach. By road, Liverpool is just 10 minutes drive, Chester 35 minutes and Manchester 45 minutes. Grove Road railway station is 10 minutes walk from the house while Birkenhaed ferry terminal is just 10 minutes drive.
Directions by road:
From the M53: Leave the motorway at junction 1 following the signs for New Brighton, A554. The road runs into a residential area and towards the promenade. At the first roundabout take the third exit. Continue along the promenade to the next roundabout. Then take the third exit onto Sandcliff Road, then first right into Smugglers Way.
From Liverpool: Take the Wallasey Tunnel (Kingsway). On exiting the toll booths continue straight on following the signs for the M53 motorway. After 1 mile exit at the slip road following the signs for New Brighton, A554. At the roundabout beneath the motorway take the third exit, following the signs for New Brighton, A554. The road runs into a residential area and towards the promenade. At the first roundabout take the third exit. Continue along the promenade to the next roundabout. Then take the third exit onto Sandcliff Road, then first right into Smugglers Way.

The properties are situated in a convenient coastal location, offering direct access to the sea front just 400 metres away.
We have many pubs and restaurants nearby, local pitch-and-putt, tennis, ten-pin bowling and sea fishing - all close to the house. The Wallasey Golf Club and the Warren Park Golf Club are only a short walk from the properties.
We recommend our guests visit the nearby promenade and take a stroll in the open coastal parkland near the house. The coastal park is perfect for walks with wonderful views across Liverpool Bay and the Mersey estuary. Ships and ferries can be seen.
A popular cycle route also passes near the houses.
