Peninsula, like our Redcap property, is an end-of-row townhouse, with off road parking for two cars. This is our newest holiday home and was completely refurbished in early 2008.

The living room has a three piece suite, flat screen TV with DVD and music centre.

In the kitchen there is a large dinner table for five guests, plus cooker hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster. Plates, pans and utensils are supplied.

Patio doors lead out into a secure patio garden complete with furniture.

Upstairs there are two twin rooms and one single.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and finished to a high specification.

The property is next door to our Smugglers Way property, and both can be rented simultaneously if you require space for more than five people. Both properties are within walking distance of the beach, railway station and local pubs.

It is an ideal spot for bird watchers, cyclists, walkers, sightseers, motor-bikers, families and business people.
